The drop off was easy. I did not receive confirmation that I dropped off the trailer. I received a call on Friday that I still had the trailer. I spoke with the caller who toke the details of my return. He said he would follow up with me. After several hours I called Mighty Mini in which the representative stated he updated my file and marked it as returned. He did not know why it did not indicated he had the trailer. The recorded reflects I returned it on Friday at 9:00am. I brought it there on Monday February 15 at 2:30.

The truck ran rough sounding. It had a well used feel and I had to snap on the plastic light housing in the box so I wouldn't get blamed for breaking what was already falling down. The attendant did a lot of complaining about his job responsibilities and customers to me in an attempt to make small talk. That's confusing since it's the paying customers they keep him employed. One good takeaway was the lack of a dolly in the truck. It was nice to not have a piece of equipment that I didn't need, taking up valuable space in the box. I'm. It not sure if this was intentional or not. Every other time it's been there.

I was overcharged snd im not sure why. I had it two days (van) and total was charged $180! I am not happy with this at all.
GPS was a little off, not your fault though, staff was great and check in was very easy.
Very hard to find. No signage
Business was closed unexpectedly outside of business hours with no call forwarding or voicemail available about what could be expected. The return app was glitching, so it would have been helpful to have more information posted about alternatives to avoid missing a return deadline.
The price quoted online was $127, but I was asked to pay $142 without any explanation. Not happy about the inconsistency.
The employees seemed less than pleased to be working or dealing with customers. Both people I encountered acted like I was a burden for walking in the door.
If the customer is doing a round trip offer a lower mileage rate...also possible rental rate if they are doing an out of town trip.
The key left for me in box 2 was the wrong one. Spent 30 minutes on hold with customer services while then movers were waiting on me
This location is entirely to Small to handle all the trucks. You can't hardly move or have a place to park even when you are there to rent.
The entire experience was terrible. Even though I confirmed that my truck was indeed available despite the automated Uhaul message that it wasn't, I was still directed to go to a location 1/2 an hour away. Even though I reserved moving blankets and an appliance dolly neither was available. I challenged the charges when returning the truck and I still haven't received a phone call back. This morning I received a bill with these charges still on there. Please have someone call me.. 4236197559
I will never use uhaul again. Ever. First and only time. You overcharged. You did not have the items I requested. You changed the pick up/drop off location and I had to wait an hour to get my truck because your stupid app did not work. Over it.
Parking needs to be provided on site
The only issue I have is the difficulty of getting in and out of the location, but that's not the fault of the location. It's a poorly designed intersection and could be remedied by allowing a cut-through to the Walmart lot.

The only issue I had was the UHaul app. It had several problems that really need to be fixed. I ended up having to go inside the office when I got there to get it all fixed. Josh was very helpful and had me going in no time.
My only suggestion is use anti skid strips on motorcycle trailers and there is no way to stay firm hole loading a bike. As I ended up dumping my bike once in trailer due to slippery floor causing$800.00 in damage to my Harley
The inside of the vehicle was dirty. Otherwise everything else was good.
Dustin was awesome, kind curtious and went above and beyond to make my experience wonderful. You need more people o like him. He deserves a raise for sure!
