Don't book your reservation on line call in to book your reservation to make sure the location has all the equipment you need we was missing a few things that was confirmed in our order but luckily it was left on the truck from a previous renter so all went wellDarryl E.

The drop off was easy. I did not receive confirmation that I dropped off the trailer. I received a call on Friday that I still had the trailer. I spoke with the caller who toke the details of my return. He said he would follow up with me. After several hours I called Mighty Mini in which the representative stated he updated my file and marked it as returned. He did not know why it did not indicated he had the trailer. The recorded reflects I returned it on Friday at 9:00am. I brought it there on Monday February 15 at 2:30.ROBERT C.

The truck ran rough sounding. It had a well used feel and I had to snap on the plastic light housing in the box so I wouldn't get blamed for breaking what was already falling down. The attendant did a lot of complaining about his job responsibilities and customers to me in an attempt to make small talk. That's confusing since it's the paying customers they keep him employed. One good takeaway was the lack of a dolly in the truck. It was nice to not have a piece of equipment that I didn't need, taking up valuable space in the box. I'm. It not sure if this was intentional or not. Every other time it's been there.DaRon A.

The entire experience was terrible. Even though I confirmed that my truck was indeed available despite the automated Uhaul message that it wasn't, I was still directed to go to a location 1/2 an hour away. Even though I reserved moving blankets and an appliance dolly neither was available. I challenged the charges when returning the truck and I still haven't received a phone call back. The only issue I have is the difficulty of getting in and out of the location, but that's not the fault of the location. It's a poorly designed intersection and could be remedied by allowing a cut-through to the Walmart lot.John H.

My only suggestion is use anti skid strips on motorcycle trailers and there is no way to stay firm hole loading a bike. As I ended up dumping my bike once in trailer due to slippery floor causing$800.00 in damage to my Harleyjerry R.

Truck Share: Uhaul needs to disclose all of the information that will be needed at the time of pick-up using the â€œtruck shareâ€ program. Also, Uhaul needs to give more notice when the location needed for pick up doesn't have the truck size that was rented online and changed my pickup location. I rented a 10ft online more than a week in advance from my closest dealer but 4 days before my scheduled pick up I was notified that my pickup location had changed. The location had changed and my truck size had changed to a 15ft, which was too big. I chose the size and location for a reason, need and flexible pick-up hours. Anyway, after I accepted I had no other options I chose Truck Share. I chose this because this new location did not open until 8:00am which did not meet my schedule needs. I was told by a Uhaul customer rep that all I would need was my contract number to complete the Truck Share process, way wrong! I needed a verification code sent by email that morning to my email that I could not access with my phone because this was even disclosed, didn't know I would need a â€œcodeâ€. Also, I had to have 2 additional phone contacts to be called at the time of pickup.....chances are low 2 people will pick an unknown phone call. I got lucky. So, I had to call Uhaul and keep someone on the phone with me for 1hr and 15 minutes to get through this process in order to complete the pickup. Ridiculous, for a process that should only take 10 minutes!!!!!! Please prepare your customers for all the information they are going to need. Also, if it had not been for my wife stopping by our local original location who saw there was a 10ft available at our new location I would have been stuck with a truck too big. Finally, after forcing/getting the truck size we originally asked for and completing the â€œtruck wait then shareâ€ our move went smoothly. Feel free to contact me at my email address on file . Uhaul app would not find my order, though I made an account. Uhaul website wouldn't find my location, though location was enabled. The gas tank was on empty at pickup. The dolly and moving blankets requested were not loaded in truck, though rental facility comped them. Heather from Uhaul was very helpful, personable, and knowledgeable. My card was run atleast 3 times then they made me go to an atm when i got back with cash he handed me the keys we did nonpaperwork i was told it would be free. Difficult times since tornadoes caused huge amount of damage in the area, and 60,000 places were without power. My reservation worked as planned. Returning the trailer was a bit of a challenge due to tornado damage and road closures, but U-Haul accommodated me wonderfully.David P.

Information given to me about 24/7 online pickup was false. I was told you could reserve the truck with a card and pay cash when I was done. This was not true. 24/7 online reservation has to be paid on card before you can pick up the truck. Had I known this I could have had that available without issue. Instead I was late due to having to wait for the office to open in order to pick up truck, as I had a cash payment. Also, truck was in poor shape and was actually leaking from a previous repair inside the box. Dollies (which I didn't ask for) were secured inside truck using a regular zip tie, not the usual ties that uhaul uses as we're the pads that are in the bag on the wall. The bag of pads was torn open, so the tie didn't serve any propose anyway. Also, unrelated to this rental, I have had issues with this location before regarding box sales. They refuse to sell boxes in bundles and tell their customers that uhaul tells them to only sell them as individual boxes regardless of the quantity of boxes you are buying. I work for a local moving company and I am a long time customer of uhaul. I would NEVER recommend this location to ANYONE.Andrew B.

The pickup location itself was fine, but he didn't have any of the equipment I had reserved online (Appliance and furniture dolly). The truck had lots of cosmetic damage that had not been reported or marked on the truck. The truck was parked far from the check out desk, so it took a long time for the truck to get to where I could take it. Because he didn't have the appliance dolly, he downgraded me to a regular dolly, and since he didn't have the furniture dolly, he told me he would add 25 miles to my mileage total in order to drive to a different U-Haul store to rent it separately, and I would be refunded the furniture dolly from him, which hasn't happened yet.Caleb F.

They didn't and couldn't tell my husband how to make the tire hub flaps go down on the the car transport. I had to call the corporate office to get instructions. The truck trailer leaked horribly. My son's mattress was ruined and my beautiful wood dining room table has water damage. These items weren't stored on the floor. They were stored in the top storage space near the trailer roof. The corporate office did a great job in accommodating us on the rental pricing but I'm disappointed that my furniture was damaged.Donald W.
