Madeline TIt's not the location that needs anything. its with Uhauls way of having the customer do it on line. I was lucky that the employees at Migson walked me through it. Its better to have everything in order before picking up the Uhaul. I have a business that I needed it for plus a job so for me I am on a time line. I ended up having to rush not only to pick up the truck but to get it home to have people load it whom were also on a time line. It was a stressfull experience for me and only with what I explained. Oh and the cabs of the trucks are not made for tall people in anyway it's very hard to break and gas with long legs and I'm 5ft 9in. Even though , I will still rent from migson location, they are helpful and a convenient location for me.

ROBERT KThe worst experience I have ever had to deal with a uhaul. Returned the van in the same spot as it was taken and retuned the key in person. Noticed the next day I still had not received the final invoice so i followed up to see and they told me I better return the van or I would be reported…… Turns out, they messed up. Someone else did have it rented after me…. Hoping to receive an apology from Uhaul office and the rental location. Just beware when renting U-Haul vehicles!

JEFFREYS VAfter contacting customer servicesat that U-Haul location, I was pleased to acknowledge the gentleman who assisted me during pickup. Despite our reservation and efforts to ensure no delays, he courteously explained the situation while attending to another customer. He assured me of his assistance once available and treated me with respect throughout. However, the next morning, I discovered unexpected gas charges on my credit card. Upon returning to the U-Haul location for clarification, a different individual, a girl, informed me that it wasn't their concern and advised me to contact U-Haul directly, emphasizing that they were a storage company. So , you better contact U-Haul directly

Ayman WAlthough this wasn’t my first pick as I wa looking to get a truck from a place 2 mins from my house instead of 10 mins drive but Rick was Very friendly and van was brand new, AWD, and worked perfect for what we needed.

joseph iIn general, you guys must change the way you choose to cheat people. If I have to pay 81 cad for a 1 hr rental with about 20 KM trip .. why do you want to market it as 19.$$ only ! Better way is to beg me and I will give your a donation !

Shelley MExplain what to do with the lock if you are dropping the vehicle somewhere else. In my case the place where I drop the vehicle did not know the password.
DAVID OThe actual set-up for pick up was lengthy. Give your alternative locations better access to debit machines and equipment. Usually I can use debit and go, this was a confusing process for everyone and he had to call Uhaul for help. Otherwise good as usual.
Jon EFix your software so remote locations can use debit cards for payment. I was forced to leave and return with a credit card as the debit option continually failed.
Thomas CI appreciated the help we received in the electronic check in process from the Migson representative. He was pleasant and friendly - more importantly, he understood the nuances of the system to guide us at each step.

Sebastian SThe one thing I did have for feedback was that: I was given this address as my drop-off location, however, I wasn't told that it had to be during store hours. In the past, when I've had to drop off my Uhaul at a later time, there was some sort of drop-off box. If customers could be told: 1. If the drop of location has to be during store hours 2. If that's not the case, then if there is a key drop box or process

Marilyn TJust to ensure that times of locations opening are properly recalibrated into the online system. My initial order was 30 mins before the location opened, it didn't cause too many issues for me but those details should be harmonized to ensure ease of pick-up.

Eric CI was caught off guard agent looking to scan the QR code on the back of my license. It would help to inform customers, who are really only expecting to be checked to posses a valid driver's license -that this piece of identity could be forfeit to a company and their databases. No thanks

Tim CApparently this is not a drop off location. I went to drop my u-haul off around 4:30 on Sunday to which the place was closed so I kept the keys in the mail box. I receive a call the next day from a very rude hostile lady around 6:20pm to which she was threatening me basically to come and pick up the truck or else…. She eventually hung up on my face before I could get a word in.
