I ordered the truck online from my location in Elizabethtown, and the system allowed me to select my chosen truck for my location. The next day I received a call and was told that the only available truck was a much larger truck in Summerville, a 30 mile drive away. I was only transporting a vehicle, so the larger truck did not benefit me. I paid a $50 Uber charge to get to the truck, and the time and fuel to drive it back to my hotel. When I delivered it to the drop-off location, I was charged for 40 extra miles. I agreed to a different vehicle than was offered online. It was in a remote location. The larger truck that I was provided burned more fuel during my trip than the small truck I ordered, and was harder to drive. And you thanked me by charging me extra for the miles I incurred to retrieve the truck that should have been in Elizabethtown. If this is how all customers are treated, you won't have many repeat customers.MARK R.

I picked up my U-Haul. First thing the chords to connect to my car so that the U-Haul can indicate turning and stopping did not work. I ordered blankets never got those. I also got a dirty u-haul. And then I got a U-Haul that did not have a Jack to get the U-Haul trailer off my hitch. I was very disappointed and then been charged a fee of returning after hours even though I had free 24-hour drop off.Janita N.

Improve the initial booking process. I SAT ON HOLD to order the trailer. Your locator or scheduling person scheduled our pick up over 20 miles from the area we were driving to. When we got the phone call the day before, I had already pulled a map of the area and knew that was a poor choice. SO I FIXED IT DIRECTLY. I called your agent at Mike and Keith's used cars and booked the trailer myself. He could see the original reservation in the system. I told him I would call you back and cancel that one.. THEN: SAT ON HOLD to call and cancel the first one. That guy wanted to transfer my call to a scheduler. I told him no, just cancel it. (he said it was cancelled. ) 2 hrs later, someone texts our phone and tries to tell us the one near I65@ 10 am pick up- is not good (no kidding, remember I already cancelled that one) so the text says we are NOW BOOKED IN Greenville, KY. (really? I had CANCELLED THAT RESERVATION..WHY IS THIS COMING?) To top it off, I call Mike & Keiths used cars to confirm our plan I made was fine and he says someone on corporate had removed the reservation I had made. He fixed it again and would come in early at 830am so we could get on the road (30 min early, just for us) The icing on the cake, is while we were hooking up the trailer in Summersville, KY, my husbands phone rings.. and it is greenville.. wanting to know WHERE WE WERE ! ( I had called AGAIN after that text and MADE SURE IT WAS CANCELLED) WHAT IS with you guys? The font on the contract prints too small. drop off INSTRUCTIONS should be Larger letters- if the drop off is another location. The local Koo koo in SC told my husband she would charge him to accept the trailer. He drove it home. I SAT ON HOLD AGAIN just to confirm the drop off location..so SHE WOULD ACCEPT THE TRAILER without a charge. Like she couldnt have done that THE FIRST TIME he came to drop it off..since the drop off was "undesignated." Stuff like this makes one try another company next time.DEBORAH P.
