John AThere was no gas at all left in the truck. The guage was all the way to "E". Fortunately there was a station less than a mile away. The truck was filthy with material, dirt, pieces of wood left in the back as well as food waste and empty drink cups in the cab. I drove the truck 30 minutes to my house, via poorly maintained mountain roads and once parked realized ALL four rear tires were worn down to the steel belts. As in, absolutely no rubber on them. I couldn't believe it, called roadside assistance who came to repair asap, but due to my being hours away from the tire service, that cost me the entire first day of rental and I could not start loading. Lastly, I returned the truck with 1/4 tank of gas or ~15 gallons that it did not have when I picked it up. I was then charged almost $35 for gas! I am doing what I can to get this addressed but have received no response fron Uhaul since emailing - with photo proof - on January 21.

George WCheck in was a bit slow, but not too bad. Lady was very nice.
KELLY SMobile pick up is not user friendly, the uhaul app does not work, called customer service waited forever, finally someone was able to help, overall wasted about an hour trying to get the truck.
ELIAS DIt took an extremely long time for the person to bring up the Uhaul software on their computer in order to process my reservation. There was also no one available to help me hitch the trailer to my truck and check the operation of the trailer lights.
DONALD LI prefer to use this location as the trailers are stored and staged in a good gravel parking lot. They are not constantly exposed to storage conditions that would promote rot or tire damage. The office staff are always very friendly.

Wilmarie GYour app was terrible. It took over an hour to use after hours pickup. I kept truck for less than 4 hours but again app did not log truck in for several hours.

Frank TThis was my third time renting UHaul equipment since last October (car trailer, 12' box truck, 5x8 trailer), and each rental has gone well, no issues, and the equipment served its purpose well.

James SDon't have the equipment blocked. The trailer we rented was blocked by a large truck and it was in tall weeds. I had to call the owner Mike and waited for him to come move the truck. Also the lights didn't work even after he said everything was good. Almost got rear ended twice.

Frank TWhen I stated that I was there to pick up a Uhaul the woman behind the counter groaned like it was an inconvenience. She had to call the area rep to assist me. And they did not have the appliance dolly I reserved. She then gave me the number to contact the area rep to fix the problem as if she was too busy.
Clint YThis is not a reflection of the location or staff but instead of U-Hauls system. I entered into the contract with my adult son as the driver. Despite registering him on-line prior to picking up the truck he was told upon arrival that the system needed a secondary assurance (translation=my ID) to release the truck. I had to then drive to the place which was a large inconvenience. According to the rental place folks this is an ongoing hassle and is not getting addressed by U-Haul
Thomas Sprocess was slow due to new person handling rental. One day after I returned the truck and agreed to the price, U=Haul ADDED an EXTRA DAY and charged me a NOT AUTHORIZED 83.41 for an INVALID EXTRA DAY

Matt CThe truck was not cleaned by the previous customer nor by the rental location. Lots of broken glass and a mound of some mystery white goo. I was left cleaning up someone else’s mess.
RONALD JZach noticed what he believed to be an overcharge on my invoice and worked to resolve it on the spot.
Mathew CPlease give the customer the vehicle that he/she requested. Also, please update your large vehicles to have some cameras for backing up, looking at blind spots etc. Also, the ride on the vehicle was extremely bumpy and it made long drives on regular well paved roads also very tiring

FRANK BI rented a tow dolly and no none helped me put it on my car. I received the paperwork and was told to go find it on the lot. Very poor customer service.
ADALBERTO BIt would be beneficial if the trailer had landing gear. Once loaded and connected to my truck, it was physically not possible to detach the trailer. From an operational standpoint, this was very inconvenient.
Christopher PNothing needs to be done to improve things at this location. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. If I ever need a Uhaul again I would go out of my way to use this location.
