I rented a tow dolly and no none helped me put it on my car. I received the paperwork and was told to go find it on the lot. Very poor customer service.

It would be beneficial if the trailer had landing gear. Once loaded and connected to my truck, it was physically not possible to detach the trailer. From an operational standpoint, this was very inconvenient.

Nothing needs to be done to improve things at this location. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. If I ever need a Uhaul again I would go out of my way to use this location.
