The lady at the desk cancelled our rental. This caused issues on our return date. We were given a free dograde due to lack of inventory and allowed to pick up the evening before. We originally rented from a different locations and was told to pick up our truck from this location.

Ensure customer understands breakdown for additional day. This includes insurance of $30 that is carried over. I was told $40 for an additional day then it ended up being $80 + $30 + $7.70 totaling $117.70. That is a big difference between $40 and $117.70.

Kenneth PPlease put a jack on your trailer. It is super heavy and very difficult to back in and slide the tongue over the ball on the hitch. It takes two strong men to hook up!
Neil KI dropped my truck at this location and used the key return dropbox. The lot was large and easy to park the truck.
