This location was not indicated to me as not a one way Uhaul service. The receptionist was not knowledgeable about the fleet and told us we could return the Uhaul to any location, which was false. The Uhaul website also did not indicate the Uhaul must be returned to where it was disbatched. Very disappointing and inconvenient.
Carolyn TMike was not at the location prior to closing hours 4pm. The place was lights off and door locked. I had to leave a voicemail to ensure he knew the truck had been returned, and then I left the key in the return box. I received the return confirmation email the morning after. Uhaul app did not allow me to say I returned the truck. It only gave an option to rent.
