Ghanshyamsinh CI dropped off the moving truck. Backed it n right next to the others. Brought the key in to the guy. He was on the phone, but he took the key from me and waved. I brought the truck back with the same gas it left with but had a $20 fuel charge afterward. That's NOT cool. I will absolutely go with a different rental company next time.

Chris IThe location was great. Clean. Friendly. The online checkin was horrible. The worst I've even experienced anywhere. Email directions finally arrived at 10:27 for a 10:00 pickup, making me late for all my other stops. I would not recommend UHaul to anyone.

MICHAEL SThis was fine for a drop-off, though I'm not sure how a pick-up would go, as the building looks abandoned and there is a sign directing you to another location on the same street, but without listing an address, just a phone #. We were charged $2 for going over our mileage, even though we added an extra 1/4 tank more gas than required. Go figure. Otherwise, the dropoff was simple and easy. Thank you!
Sherri NI had a pick up time of 10. I got there at 10:05 and although the location said it opened at 10 the sign said closed and no one was there. I then called the number uhaul had provided for the location and the man who answered said “oh I don’t do the uhaul part so I don’t know” I then called uhaul schedule who said a manager would call me. I did not leave with the uhual until after 11 am.

Ernest GI was quoted $19.99, plus $10 insurance, plus per mileage. How did my bill get that high? I sent a reply to the email with my final bill asking for a justification but haven't received it yet. It's double what it should be. I want it refunded.

Gary Fdrove less than 24 miles - put 2.5 gallons in tank when returned (avg consumption under 10mpg) - needle was higher than when I got truck - they charged me an additional 1.9 gal gas so this would mean truck gets 5 mpg - nothing I can do - he doesn't care - I was ripped off- this rental was used for a church - will tell everyone about it - not good
Roger MMike’s Auto made my daughter’s move so easy! They made sure the cargo van was there on the time and date I needed it. Mike and Nelson were so friendly and accommodating. This is the second time I have used them for a rental and I couldn’t be happier!

Dana WOriginally, I had reserved a truck at Uhaul on N. Broadway in East Providence, RI. I received a text saying they would not have a truck for me at my desired time, although I had already arranged for movers through Uhaul. When I asked for help with this, they said they DID NOT have to do anything for me. This was horrible customer service and I would encourage everyone to stay away from this Uhaul center. At the last minute, I picked up a truck rental at Mike's on State Rd. in Dartmouth, MA. Mike's service center was VERY helpful and really helped to correct my situation. I would definitely recommend renting for Mike's.
Steven RI filled the van I rented to a little bit past the 3/4 mark on fuel gauge that was what I used. it was were it was originally marked when I picked it up and they charged me 5 galloms of gas after I dropped it off . That's bullshit. I only put 18 miles on the van and my total charge was 76.00 . I will never rent from uhaul again
Bob CNothing, everything was excellent. Mike was very thorough in explaining everything and very accommodating to our needs. Extremely easy process and truck was very clean. Would recommend this location to anyone needing a uhaul.

Anne GState all charges. The U-Haul rep, not the location owner, was told that mileage would be under 10 miles, charged 25 miles, actual was under 5 miles. Was not told minimum was 25, still not informed, assumed so from bill.

jim lI rented 5 furniture pads and they were never put in the truck. I only noticed that they weren't there when I started to move furniture so I drove back to this location to get them.
