My experience at Mikes Convenience was the worst I have ever had. From start to finish I felt ageism discrimination and hostility. I actually can’t believe this treatment happened. It was like something from a movie or from a corrupt third world country. This location is rated as 5 star. I wonder how much they paid for that. It deserves -5 stars for sure. The truck cab was absolutely filthy with numerous coffee cup stains, visible liquid spills and smelled of urine. The same can be said for the treatment I received from the store person, it was absolutely disgusting. I don’t know how these things work but is this the level that U-Haul has stooped to to get business? I used U-Haul 2 months ago and it was a totally opposite experience, very pleasant. Mikes Convenience should be shut down, they obviously don’t care about repeat business, makes one wonder why they have the store? And U-Haul, please severe your relationship with them.
