Dolly ratchets were rushed 3 so badly we were unable to move them. We'd waited two hours for these service guy to arrive and fix it. (He was excellent and helped load the car. ) when we'd arrived at our destination, the ratchets were seized again and were waited for three hours for the local dealer to open so they could get the car off the dolly. All purple were nice and helpful and professional. The equipment should not be allowed to fall this far into disrepair.

The truck functioned quite well - it was very clean The only issue was the lock which became unhinged when we hit a huge pothole at the Turnpike entrance. It took several hours for roadside assistance to arrive because of the holiday but Vince from National Tire was very professional and efficient in fixing the door.

No place to park personal vehicle. Truck looked like it had been parked under a tree for months (so much debris on the windshield that I had to use the wipers at a decent speed to try to blow it all off). Returned the truck with 1 hour still left in my rental and was told I'd get a receipt in my email. Didn't get a receipt for three days and they charged me for four gallons of fuel even though I had filled it back up. Submitted photo of the dash I took upon returning the truck (glad I did!) and got a refund from regional mgr. Will never rent from this location ever again. Much better service at other locations in Vero.

The equipment was relatively clean, however, the cabin had sand on the floors when I picked the truck. That was not much of a problem. The 2 "ladies" in the office on the otherhand were less than helpful and very rude.

This was the WORST experience with a vendor that I think I have ever had in my life. The office was dirty, smelly, and nasty. The lady that handled my rental was the most rude, obnoxious and downright hateful person I have ever experienced. She also treated the two people served in front of me the same way. I would recommend that no one rent from this location and would recommend that U-Haul remove them from being a rental facility. This lady was so nasty that in hind sight I should have walked out and gone to another U-Haul location.

i needed a trailer for one day i was charged for a three day rental never asked how long i needed it for was told this the only way i could rent it when i droped it off i asked about a one day rental and was told it would not be a problem i think from now on i will try another rental company very disapointed i feel like i got ripped off

Returned the vehicle a day early but they had no room to park it. Made me go to another location. That location was not very professional. Attendant was not friendly. I was told my deposit was going to be put back on my debit card at pick up but was told they had to mail me a check, at the drop off point. I guess I'll see how long that will take.

U-Haul switched my drop off location after I was on the road for 3 days with the trailer. Ended up being over a 1/2 hour further away. Not happy!! I e-mailed part way thru asking if I could be switched back and never heard back.

The initial contact receptionist was polite however, when I went back to tell them the correct amount of gas in the vehicle the lady behind her had an attitude and even got on me for going behind the desk to her window. she was very rude. Not returning back. On a lighter note: the truck worked perfectly

This has to be one of the worst Uhaul places in the state. We rent Uhaul on a weekly basis for work and have never had such rude customer service. We reserved another truck just to have Mike's not even bother to put the key in the 24hr box to be told there is nothing that can be done because they are not open. That's the point of the 24hr box isn't it? On hold with Uhaul for an hour to have them send us to another location only to be told they can't rent to us because of Uhaul mess up. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY INSANE. WHO DOES BUSINESS LIKE THIS??? Mikes and Vero Mechanic that's who. NEVER AGAIN. YOU PEOPLE ARE RUDE AND I AS A LOCAL BUSINESS OWNER WILL SPREAD THE WORD!!!!

After moving the trailer to an adjoining location, I asked about some kind of receipt or something written that said I had dropped it off... I was told to go back to office.. I did and the Uhaul rep Lady said they do not give receipts because they are not PAID to; she said they will not spend the money for printer toner if they are not getting paid for it. She concluded by saying I would get a receipt via email and noted it was “ Monday “ and I had to be patient. Not helpful @ all !

All I had to do was drop off the key and they emailed me my receipt. It doesn't get any easier than that. Everyone I dealt with at every U-Haul location and on the phone was super courteous and helpful.

I asked for 2 furniture dolly in my contract and none were provided... However, there was a furniture pad, utility dolly, and 2 furniture dolly items charged to my account while none were provided. Further my contract also states that none were missing upon return. This only represents $22 in rental overage charges, however it appears to have been carried all the way through fraudulently. I would like the $22 placed back on my card and U-Haul may wish to look into how this takes place. Thank you, Contract Number 29612974.

The last time i rented a trailer in Atlanta and attempted to return in Vero Beach but had a difficult time finding a place that would accept the trailer. That almost caused me not to come back to Uhaul. This was a much more pleasant experience Thank you

The gas tank was not full. I drove the truck ten miles and the needle started moving. I filled it up and was able to put 5 gallons in the tank. After filling it up I was able to drive around 70 miles before the needle moved.
