Van was not cleaned. Engine had a mechanical sound/issue. Engine ran ok but had a sound like a possible pulley or bearing was going bad. Location was a towing service. The transaction took place standing on the front porch talking thru a service window customers are not allowed inside. It is Florida and it is hot. The woman at the desk was pleasant but overall not a great experience.

BARBARA AI checked this equipment in first thing in the morning. I was there before the location even opened. They didn't return it when they were supposed to. I got to threatening notification from U-Haul saying that they were going to report it stolen. And when they finally did check it in, they told everyone that I checked it in after 2:00 p.m. when they opened at 9:00 a.m.
Kevin LMikes wrecker staff were professional, and had me in and out in 10 minutes. Very efficient. I would recommend Mike's as a uhaul rental location.
