Improve staff friendliness. The receptionist female was rude and don’t know how to communicate with people. She hung up the phone I was trying to explain something and she had no patience to hear it.

The employee was efficient but impolite and unfriendly.
Don SVan was not cleaned. Engine had a mechanical sound/issue. Engine ran ok but had a sound like a possible pulley or bearing was going bad. Location was a towing service. The transaction took place standing on the front porch talking thru a service window customers are not allowed inside. It is Florida and it is hot. The woman at the desk was pleasant but overall not a great experience.
John GEmployees at the location are very rude. You (the customer) are an inconvenience to them, do not expect otherwise.
