Not only were they rude, but they also escalated arguments until they were calling me "fuc*ing as*hole" and some racist slurs. The attendant also started threatening to take back the truck when i was asking to correct the amount of fuel (this location ALWAYS gives you trucks with less fuel than the contract says). Worst place I have ever been.

Very poor return process. Enter lot with trailer and told to relocate to another location for drop off. Impossible due to other cars, equipment to make safe return. At first personnel only watched with no assistance the drop off. Finally one subject helped. This location should not be allowed to be a drop off location. Second time I have use (only one in area) and horrible experience. Will look to another company because of this location.
