I checked this equipment in first thing in the morning. I was there before the location even opened. They didn't return it when they were supposed to. I got to threatening notification from U-Haul saying that they were going to report it stolen. And when they finally did check it in, they told everyone that I checked it in after 2:00 p.m. when they opened at 9:00 a.m.

Mikes wrecker staff were professional, and had me in and out in 10 minutes. Very efficient. I would recommend Mike's as a uhaul rental location.
GREGORY SI asked for a 4ft enclosed trailer, they gave me one twice the size. The original u-haul dealer I first scheduled to pick up the trailer at sent me to another location to pick it up. It was supposed to be there as I scheduled to pick it up there.

Thelma CThey went above and beyond. I showed up to rent my trailer while they were closed for lunch. The lady at desk stopped eating and had a driver go hook my trailer up so I could get back to work because I was there on my lunch break as well. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to rent from uhaul
