They charged more money and made me drop it off in a sketchy location in addition I was charged a out of hours drop off. Which I dropped it off 20 min before they closed. Knowing my truck is messed up they charged me more. Absolutely horrible experience

JEFFREY SMarisha and her staff were great in helping me get my rental seamlessly and effortlessly. The truck was clean. I was able to pick up my keys and arrange after hours pick up since I was working and moving at the same time. Drop off was also just as easy since they have a drop box for keys and told me where to park the truck. I've used them in the past once before and will continue to use them if I need to move again. Thanks so much for everything, guys

Suzanne NI first dropped off the auto transport and then went to unload the truck. The employee was very helpful in assisting with dropping off the transport. After unloading the truck I returned to the same location and again the same employee assisted with the return off the truck. I am very happy with mikes garage and the help they provided. I would recommend this drop off point again.

DAVID RThe lady at the front desk was very rude and yelling at me and the members of my family. We tried to explain her the reason what we was late and we accept all the responsibility about it. But she doesn't listen and tell me I was trying to steal the trailer. Thanks God the customer service u haul at phone hell me with the situation and the language barrier. We are really sorry about the situation. We hope that lady stop to be mind with people that doesn't speak her language. And we never going to come back again to that place. Is a shame how the place lost clients only because the way they treat the customer

FRANK ZI went to drop off my trailer and older man working there came walking out yelling at us. He said we can only drop off on Saturday between a two hour period in morning. He said take it somewhere else a i told him no so he said bring it back Monday. If that is who represents uhaul at that location total jerk.
PATRICK JNo place to park very hard to get in and out. I had to go down the road to turn around then go back down to the third gate to drop off. Not a very friendly place.

BONNIE CWaiting in the sun to fill out all of your paperwork isn’t the worst thing in the world. I only got bit by mosquitoes twice while waiting behind two other people. Talking to the lady behind the counter when cars are doing 40-45mph down old Dixie and she’s behind a sort of bullet proof glass and having to ask her several times to repeat things was not my idea of a good rental experience. It was overall annoying as well because their yard houses all sorts of derelict cars in various impounded or rusting states. So your trailer may or may not be behind three others that day.

James DThe entry lot is very small and packed with employee vehicles making in nearly impossible to get out of the lot with a trailer. Took 15 minutes and two very helpful yard guys to get me turned around so I could exit and go to the place they wanted the trailer parked. This location needs a sign telling people with trailers not to enter the yard or get the employee parking moved. I have experience backing these types of trailers up and I was afraid I was going to have to drop the trailer and drag it to my car so I could exit. I’m still surprised I was able to get the trailer turned around. Someone with basic skills would never be able to get out of this lot.

STEPHEN KDirty, unfriendly location says it was open 24/7 but they were closed and when I questioned them I was told that Uhaul closes at 5pm.
STEVEN VBe careful doing business with Mike’s Garage. They went against our original signed contract after we returned our u-haul and paid in full. The next day they made a whole new contract without us and changed our agreement and then charged our card against our authorization. When we called to talk to them about it they were nasty and hung up on us.

matthew gno access for after hours pickup, insisted i backup my truck and trailer blindly out onto to US 1 without assistance and hope i dont hit anyone. the lady behind the desk was zero help and miserable. i won't go there again and just moved to this town

ANTHONY AMake sure the trailer is in the condition it should be in safety wise. Mine had 3 brand new tires and 1 tire that never should of been on the road. I easily could of wrecked if the tire blew. By the time I noticed it, I had to call emergency road side assistance. Wasted two hours of drive time and stressed out big time because of the tire.
Scott CHorrible treatment from staff. Overcharged me and stated her records said I extended my use when I did not. I returned the van within 2 hours. Same staff not present upon return. Gone for the day. This was 12:38pm. Was told someone would check the van in and email me. Received email next day. When I called to review my bill woman said she would review the cameras. I explained I even took pictures with time of return then she said I was yelling and said when she gets around to it she would review. I called back later 4:30 and busy signal, then hung up on, then called back and told they were closed call back again. I placed a complaint call with uhaul

Clay TI picked up the trailer at 9:16am on Saturday and returned the trailer at 4:18pm on the same day. I was told to park the trailer across the street since the office closed at 11am. I was told I could call the number on my receipt to let them know. The line was continually busy and I could never get through. I noticed I was charged twice for the rental on my debit card. One charge was $40.61 and a later charge of $81.22. I stopped by Monday morning and spoke to a young lady to see if they received the trailer and why I was charged to the amount of three times the agreed amount. She said everything was okay. She didn't know why I was charged but it would be taken care of but she didn't know when. I then tried to explain that it was agood thing I had the money in my account to cover the unauthorized charges, she was very rude and was trying to rush me out of there. I hope I get credited and I will never rent a U haul product from this location.

MICHAEL NThe return location's other business is a towing and storage facility, where the clients are not coming because they had a good experience with the facility as they probably had their vehicle towed and impounded. As such, the people waiting to be served were not necessarily happy to be there and at times argumentative. We were however able to return our equipment without incident. We did request a written return notation so when we left the establishment, we would be able to prove that we returned the trailer in good shape and clean. However, the establishment refused to give us a receipt in writing and indicated we would receive our return notification by email only after they processed the trailer through their internal system. We did however receive a return notice by the end of the business day of the return and we were satisfied that the return establishment did what they needed to do. We are satisfied with the return at this time.
LARRY SNo one at place when dropped off, due to after hours. The Uhaul truck ran well and had good air conditioning. That was important. The passenger side mirror would not stay in place. We had to adjust it 50 times on a 400 mile trip. Filling tank with gas took about 30 minutes three times. You have to hold the pump nozzle above the insert and pump slowly. Otherwise inserting the nozzle forces immediate shutoff. This must be fixed!
Stewart HEquipment was in great condition and truck was a pleasant surprise to drive. Keeping the equipment in this condition is the key.

Lloyd WDon’t rent from this U-Haul company. On the agreement sheet, they said the gas would be on the 11/16 mark but it was on the 1/2 mark which is way lower. I noticed the difference as soon as I got in the truck and took pictures of it to show them later because the line to speak to the receptionist was long, slow and I was running late so I left. Literally 6 miles later I brought the truck back with the gas still on the 1/2 mark and explained the whole thing to that receptionist. I even showed her proof with the pictures I took. There was no way I used much gas after driving for just 6 miles but she still told me I’m responsible for making sure the gas is at the 11/16 mark or else they would charge me. As a man of color, the last thing I want to do is argue because next thing you know I’m the bad guy steering up trouble. So I took the truck and fill it up. If you have no choice but to rent from them, make a thorough inspection of the truck before you get going and let them know anything you notice right away. unfortunately, it seems they don’t inspect their trucks so you could end up in a worst situation than me.
