Truck sounded like it was going to explode Truck shifted horribly Truck was extremely beat up Truck had no power Truck had so many bangs and rattles I couldn’t hear myself think Luckily we were using it around town. If I was about to travel to a new city I would have refused that pos. You charge me a daily fee, then charge me per km. Then you charge me for the gas I used? Wtf is the point of the dollar a km charge then? Charge one or the other Don’t think most of this is on the location I picked it up from, mostly U-Haul itself. Definitely not renting anything else from them again
justin rNever towed a vehicle before. The staff hooked up the trailer for me and I was able to see the online videos for instructions. Was super nervous towing my GTI with my Jeep but everything went smooth. And all at a great rental price!

Richard PWhen I picked it up, the electrical wires were crunch and the lights didn’t work fortunately, they were able to tape it up right away, but I also noticed the floor of the trailer was completely covered in gravel which I had to sweep out before I loaded my freight
Bruce CNot impressed with U-Haul. I reserved one on march 11, yet they wanted me to drive 150km away to pick up my U-Haul. I was a in town move maybe 3 blocks away from new address to old. The lady at this location was able to help us get a in town U-Haul. I had to move my move dates a day early. I’m disappointed with my U-Haul experience. Will look for other options in the future!
katrina fThe online quote didn't match what I was charged. The van didn't have a full tank of gas and was dirty when I picked it up. It was also had no window washing fluid.

UMAR AThe only thing I would pick at is I wish the uhaul had a working radio . Long drive with no radio or way to play tunes make the drive so crappy but I get it some people can't have nice things . Over all was a smooth experience
Colin BI have no issues with the rental locations but when someone makes a reservation to pick up a trailer only to find out there isnt one and may have to drive to Edmonton from Grande prairie only to find out there is a trailer a half hour before he leaves. I know it was long wknd but bad communication between rental outlets. In the end I got what I wanted I guess at half price cuz of this so cant really bitch lol. Thx

Robert GWheee to start . Well you booked my u hail to the wrong city. And when I got my confirmation that said the wrong city I called in and had it changed to my city. And when I showed up to get my u haul it was still booked to the wrong city . So I couldn’t get one for two days . And when I showed them my email that said they had my u haul I was called a liar basically and said I never received an email confirming my city even though I had it right in front of me. So I called and complained about the lady , Jessica from traffic. And guess who calls me back to handle my formal complaint? Same lady who called me a liar. Even though five minutes earlier another employee agreed I received the email because it was in your system and she saw it as well as the one on my phone. Than I miss work lose out on five hundred dollars have to live for two days on take out because my house is packed up and I have no way to move it. I get the u haul move to Edmonton . Finish up and call u haul to make sure I have the right areas for drop off they confirm it. Go to drop it off and I’m told I’m in the wrong spot and they won’t be taking it. I have to go to the other side of the city now . Put more money into the fuel tank go across town and finally get rid of this truck. In my entire life I have never had such a shitty customer service . I shouldn’t have evene had to pay for it. You guys should be paying me for this disaster of an absolute nightmare. Thanks for wasting my time in my life and making my move the worst customer experience I have ever had . I hope I hail goes out of business.

Chetha CThe truck interior was extremely dusty and smelled dirty. There wasn't any actual garbage in there, but it was very dusty. The LH dash AC vent was loose and actually popped out of the dash when going over a bump in the road at one point. Another thing is that the LH sun visor did not stay retained in the retainer and would not hold it's position properly. At one point it actually became dislodged and swung around to hit me in the face when driving over the same bump that knocked the AC vent out of the dash. Another thing is that the U-Haul Application glitched out excessively during truck pick up and truck drop off. Both times it froze repeatedly during the photo submission process, then it wouldn't allow me to continue. I had to phone customer service twice to submit photos. The staff at Mike's Lube n Clean were helpful and prompt. No complaints with them at all. The U-Haul customer service representatives on the phone were good too. Please maintain your trucks better and fix your app!
Adrianna KActually have reserved trucks a the reserved location. This was not the location I was supposed to pick up at. I had to drive two hours out of my way to get the truck.
