U haul cancelled my reservation at the Tylertown ma location. I was there at 7:00 am to pick it up. I have four people on the pay role. I had to drive and extra 30 miles to get the one in Franklin La. I did not get a discount far U-Haul's mistake. I still got charged and extra 26$ for over miles. Not a happy customer.
