Requiring customers to scan their license with their own phone is a bad policy. Many people do not have that type of phone, you will lose business because of this.

Car dolly was given instead of car trailer. Damage to vehicle resulted. Strap system was not in order, caused many road issues and required regular maintenance every hour of travel to ensure security of vehicle. Car dolly was NOT compatible with low ride sports car KIA OPTIMA SLC limited. Damage to front bumper was severe. Requires replacement. SERVICE IS VERY POOR! RepWest insurance is slow, no official response nor request for photos or documents yet. I stated witness statements were available, but adjuster did not comply with standards of claims activity.

Nothing! I really enjoyed the experience. The truck I received was superior. The only problem I had was doing the pick-up on line. I sent up an account prior to the pick-up, but I still spent over an hour trying to complete everything needed for the pick-up. I will not ever do a pick-up on line again...

Don't get confused with a customer returning one truck from a different one that they had rented... We had rented 2 trucks over a 2 day period, and when we returned the 1st one, it was confused with the 2nd truck, and we were wrongly charged 25$ (because the computer thought we were short 1/2 tank of gas vs the 2nd trucks full tank!). Then when we returned the 2nd truck, again the two trucks were confused with each other! This happened both with the phone app. as well as with the drop off personel. Nobody really paid attention to the contract numbers, including the app site/computer. The problem (sort of) has been resolved at this point, but still with the attitude of it being our fault! When you put ALL the responsibilities of the employees into the customer's hands, of course there will be mistakes.

Close for people in Anaconda to rent instead of going to Butte. Hard to reach on the telephone. Understood the U-haul corporate policy which is not always friendly to the renter. I also reserved a trailer earlier in the month, and then realized that it would not be large enough. I was charged for that reservation even though I updated the anaconda location with the change in requirements. That does not seem fair. I also reserved a 10ft truck and was told after I made the reservation and gave my credit card that the truck in the yard that I was shown might not be available on the date I received a confirmation on and that I should not worry I would be given the next size up at the same rate. I was told the dealership has no control, that is what corporate U-haul does. I would like the charges reversed on the trailer reservation that I never took possession of.

Hire some people who actually know what they're talking about, And do not send you the locations that only Read locally, and have the truck that you requested. The next location I went to and was given a contact the man never called me back when I got there it turned out it was a on the phone app place only. I had called the representative and explained it to them and they just said O really that strange. Absolute terrible experience

The Lady said she would add an extra day so i did not need to return till1/1/19, i asked if thre would be a charge for that , she showed me the screen, see no charge. Had I known i would have returned 12/31/18. The uhaul rep talked to her on 1/2/19, she said there was no note about extra day. I called 10 times to talk to her about it of course no answer! Total Thief!!! Theft! Lier! Very unprofessional!!
