Overall UHaul has a bad policy on its rentals when the customer is required to pay for 3 days of rental when they only need one to make their move. This policy will keep me from future rentals.

Well first of all I reserved a trailer at Helena on Friday the 26 for pickup on the 30th I received a call from Helena on the 29th stating they had no trailer for me to use said I could get one in Drummond I had to drive 100 miles out of my way to get that trailer. I get to the lot in Drummond at my scheduled pick up time and no one is there I had to call the number and dealt with a lady which required me to take pictures of my drivers license and hook the trailer up myself then take pictures of the hook up and send them. I guess this must be your new practice show up at a muddy parking lot 100 miles out of my way and get the trailer myself this is not what I expected and will not be using these locations ever again why did they not tell me on Friday there was no trailer I could have easily went to Idaho Falls and got one. Not Happy and hopefully I won’t have to use U-Haul ever again

Hunter LHave a real person on staff at pick up station. Alot of older people don't understand the computer world. I was told the uhaul would have a hand truck inside. There was no hand truck inside. Ive rented alot of uhaul. This time very unhappy with the service. Thank you.
