The truck has some debris in the back and some loose nails/screws. The previous customer who self-checked in the unit did not sweep. The cabin smelled like hay. Otherwise the truck itself was just fineAnson C.

My dolly was not in the truck when picked up, had to run back to get it. I was also told by an associate I could return the truck to any location and let customer service know. Could not get through to customer service so I went to a U-Haul location in the town I moved to. They wanted to charge me over 200 so I had to drive it back 60 miles out of my way to return it. Comparing the online reservation pricing to the in-person pricing, I was charged more than double for my 4x8 trailer rental. Equipment rental for an online reservation without insurance is $14.95. I was charged $37 for a walk-in and no insurance. From now on, I will do all of my reservations online and I will not recommend Mike's Tire to anyone.JODY W.

Unfortunately I had to rent the trailer after and during a winter storm. Some way to keep the tire straps out of the weather before use would've been beneficial as they were frozen hard and to the trailer upon pickup.Richard R.

My biggest complaint is that it was too hard to get financial information...I was told my charge would be one amount, yet my card showed a charge for a different amount, and nowhere could I find a detailed listing of charges and payments and stuff.Virginia H.

Before running my debit card, warn me that there are deposits both from the bank and you guys. My charge was $467 dollars for a $303 rental. I only had $500 in my account so because of the hidden charges y'all left me with $33 for gas money to get from Oklahoma to Nebraska. Put me in a huge bind forcing me to borrow money from people. My disappointment has nothing to do with with location, either pickup or drop off. Instead, it has to do with an issue that became apparent only after traveling through heavy thunderstorms for multiple hours. The truck leaked. Upon arrival, when unloading, we discovered multiple boxes with soaking wet cardboard bases. The problem was worst toward the front. Will be interesting to see how U-Haul chooses to address the damage to the box contents.michael E.

The truck was very dirty inside. In the cab it was pretty bad. The cup holders had a residue in them the floor needed swept out, it smelled of smoke so bad when I turned on the AC. The inside of the trailer was dirty as well I had to sweep it all out before I did anything. I also got furniture pads. I opened one of the bags and a massive odor of mildew came out. Patches on the bad were damp and discolored and smelled terrible. I threw those pads away.Dustin S.

I prepaid this rental over the phone for another party to pick up. He was told that there was a balance due of $1.44. They would not allow him to pay it and it had to be from me. It took 90 minutes to get thru the call line while he waited. Unacceptable.Sarah M.

The pickup location was fine. But this survey doesn't ask about the service from U-Haul itself - which is horrendous. Use any other renal company if you can. U-Hauls processes and systems are terrible!Tim M.
No one was there to report that our contents were wet upon arrival and since we rented this for our kids to move we do not live in the area we were left to just deal with the bad equipment at a cost of over $200.00 Not sure I'm going to use Uhaul again.Scott T.

Got home, 7 miles from their shop after I picked it up, the right rear tire pressure was 26 lbs. all others were in low 60s. Filled it to 64 lbs. on the way to Texas stop and checked pressure three times, all times That one tire pressure was down to 50 lbs, all three times I inflated to 64 lbs. it was not a pleasant trip. Plus spent two dollars in tire inflation fees.Bruce B.
