My experience with living breathing human beings here was excellent. My interaction with Uhaul's internet/web experience was ABISMAL! I will only deal with Uhaul via face-to-face reservations, pickups, and drop offs...IF I ever am forced to waste my time with Uhaul in the future.BRIAN S.

Rental trailer was to be returned by 6pm at this location. There was nobody there to assure me all was good. Then I get a surprise additional $20 charge for after hours service! IT WAS RETURNED ON TIME AND NOBODY WAS EVEN THERE! How can there be an after hours service charge?!!!Aaron L.

I was charged a remote location fee, which I did not understand for $20, that I confirmed before the trip as a drop off. I like to have a plan. I was charged a cleaning fee of $20, when I swept out the vehicle myself. At the end there was some dirt that could not be removed, because of the grooves in the floor. I did not have a vacuum, but I swept as much as I could. All trash and twine was pick up and the floor was swept. My extra charge was $15 for sweeping and $20 for ???? $35 all together? The truck ran well and it completed the job. I should not have been charged the $35 additional. Tom BunzThomas B.

Milaca rental went above and beyond for me. Mt rental was supposed to be picked up in Princeton but uhaul couldn't provide the trick promised so I had to go to Milaca. I was compensated with extra miles though so it worked outKassidy C.

Find a way to get the rental sent to the actual pick-up place that was requested instead of 30 miles away. NOT very convenient. And be considerate of the fact if it's not a local move to give them a truck with at least cruise control!Cynthia D.

No problems here, but I was charged excess mileage and did not go anywhere but Alexandria to pick up vehicle, Glenwood, which was my original pick up point, to Milaca the destination, I was told I was to be given additional miles caused by pick up. With all the BS I went through I just will write off the charge and put the whole thing behind me. If there is an alternative in the future, I will use it. Will I tell others. You bet if asked.David B.
This location charged me a cleaning fee for a trailer that was returned in the condition that it was on upon pickup, and this was after U-Haul was unable to honor my reservation for a 20 ft truck. Poor form all around, U-Haul.Jared W.

Drop off point was closed & I was charged with an extra rental day plus safe moving insurance when I was told that I wasn't going to be charged for it because of the drop off location was closed. I am not happy with this situation And I expect to be compensated for your screwups .Carl T.

Very disappointed once again. I was told that I would receive a call or email with the lock box number to pick my truck up at 7:30 am in morning. Never received the information. Sat there for 45 minutes until place opened. When I told them that I had been waiting for 45 minutes and never received the lock box information their reply was "oh" not friendly people behind counter. In fact, all they did was rip UHaul apart and said they have nothing but trouble with them and they are terrible to deal with. VERY UPSET BY ALL OF THISErica M.

The guy that took my rental back charged me a bs 10$ "cleaning fee". My husband and I had cleaned the cab and the truck out prior to dropping it off. Not acceptable. Very disappointing after the great service I received in Zimmerman! If you have to drive a bit farther to drop your truck off, do so. The Milaca store doesn't want your business apparently. When I drove away with the uhaul the bugs stuck all over the windshield was literally bad enough to be a hazard. I stopped at a gas station to buy a gallon of windshield washing fluid and spent 25 minutes trying to wash all the bugs off the windshield to prevent myself from having an accident while driving.Kevin O.

That's NOT y'all's fault that was totally mine I should have known Murphy's Law (anything that can go wrong WILL go wrong). I returned the truck clean, and swept out. The manager of the return site in Milaca charged me a $15 cleaning fee ( Which has been disputed with the credit card company ) because he said he had to touch a broom. I returned the truck swept out, cleaned previous garbage out of the cab, and vacuumed the floor. When I told him I was going to file a complaint with U Haul his response was, " Go ahead. I don't care. Do what you have to do. " I called U Haul to report this, and was supposed to hear from a district manager. I NEVER received a call. I will make sure I tell all of my friends about your POOR customer service, and to rent from Budget or Penske.Pat B.

The trailer was not hooked up correctly by the young man working there and when we were driving out and hit a bump the trailer came off the hitch. Also the chains were way to long and dragged and when we saw sparks we had to stop and get wire to tie them up.CURTIS T.
