This was not the original location I selected. U-haul called the day before & changed it. I was supposed to be able to pick the truck up before 9 am when the location opened using the u-haul app. When I arrived & started the process there was a problem. Apparently it was not available to pick up early, which didn't make sense because the day before when i was called I confirmed this & received a text, from u-haul with video instructions how to. This delayed my start by more than 2 hours which was extremely frustrating!!
