The cab could have use a wipe-down and vacuum. A wheel also fell off the track of the back door. But it all worked out and I was able to do what was needed. Tyler, at the desk, was awesome. He is a huge asset to your business.

I have the money that’s not big deal but it’s the principle, I was a jn hard situation dealing with a violent neighbor and needed the move to be done with, I had hired a moving company, so I needed the truck, otherwise I’d be out money. Just feel like a bait and switch, they tell you one thing, just so they can get you in the door. Then because they know you need the service they will charge you double. 1 out of 5 . Front counter was rude and confrontational

COLLEEN PWhen I start driving the u haul truck gas tank was less than 3/4 tank , then before returning it , I filled gas as 3/4 tank as required, next day they final the bill , they changed gas &23 for 4 gallons more ! That’s not right , I will not recommend to friends or go back to that storage to rent .

Paul HThe staff at this location were kind, professional and fun! My only complaint is that the user of the truck before me must have smoked a LOT in the truck. I found cigarette butts on the tail bed and the cab smelled like an ash tray. If the policy is that drivers cannot smoke in the cab it needs to be enforced. Thank you
