I had to find and get my truck and drive it up front to get the rented Dollie’s/pads and their lot is unpaved and slanting and horrible. Also I was given an inferior truck that was horribly noisy, did not drive well and had gear changing issues. When I realized this it was too late as my truck was packed. Uhaul support said they could go nothing unless it broke down. I have the transcript.

ESMERALDA RI had a reservation to pick up uhaul at 9am when they are supposed to open and the guy don’t get there until 9:30am to open up store. The day before I went in person to verify my reservation and the store don’t open until 11am even though once again the hours state they open at 9am. The guy didn’t even apologize for being late. I had to call my movers to push back my reservations because I got my uhaul late. Would not recommend coming here unless you have a later pick up time in the day. Because if it’s early, then you won’t get your uhaul on time.

ANTONIO GHe was an hour late, and then didn't inspect the truck or assist in any way. He just pointed to a stack of moving blankets and told me to get the ones I rented from there and that I could pull the truck up from the lot to the store to load those if it was easier. One of the least helpful people I have ever encountered.

Blamed it on how he was “not a Uhaul” as he went for the contractor excuse and how he had “another job.” The uhual on the inside was not swept at all. It was a very bad experience top to bottom which is sad cause Ive dealt alot with uhaul and its all been positive in the past. This business location was bad though
Christopher MI dropped off the truck after hours, so I had no interaction with this locations. The APP failed when I tried to check it in by myself, so I had to call uhaul to let them know that I had left the truck after hours.
PAUL CAbsolutely horrible experience. Truck was falling apart while we were driving it. The weathering strip on the drivers side door fell off IN MOTION and briefly obstructed my pedals. Business never reached out to confirm our reservation or pick up a review afterwards like they’re supposed to. Pickup area is also awfully maintained.

DARRELL CThis was the third location that I was referred to to pick up the requested size truck. Day of the rental, I received an email referring me to a second location. 30 minutes prior to the rental, I received a phone call referring me to this location. Wanting to confirm that there was an actual vehicle available. I called the location and there was no answer. Doing a Google search showed that the location was closed for seven days a week. I call U-Haul to confirm the actual location and availability of a unit prior to going; was referred to no less than four schedulers and was finally told that this was a mobile only location. I drive to the location and there is a person man in the office. She was very lovely and once there the transaction went very smoothly U-Haul needs to update their mobile app/public information to remove the phone number, and update that this is a mobile only application site.
PATRICIA BThe trailer door was almost impossible to open. The bearings on the door are worn out. On the way to my destination one of the tires blew and I had to wait an hour for a service truck to come replace it.
