I had no issue with the pick up location, the person who helped me there was very nice and pleasant to deal with. The truck itself however was simply awful, loud, no cruise control, difficult to handle. By far this truck was the worst piece of Uhaul equipment that I have ever rented.Matthew L.

I had my pickup site chosen 6 weeks prior. You changed it to an hour away 2 hours before I was supposed to pick it up. We were told our pick up location was moved 45 minutes away from where we originally rented the day before the rental. Although there's a statewide mask mandate the owner didn't where one. She did come in early on a normally closed day to handle all the rentals.Andrew A.

I left a couple of overlooked wrapped furniture glass shelves in the back of the truck by accident. Sâ€”â€” at Mills Automotive called to tell me, kept them safe, and returned them to me. Service above and beyond expectations!Sonya N.
I dropped off the u-Haul after hours and tried to check the truck in on-line. My location could not be found and spent 45 minutes on the phone with U-Haul being on-hold and transferred between three customer service agents. Finally, Isiah (from the Purchasing Department) said all I had to do was turn the keys into the drop-slot. It was a rough time trying to get the truck returned.Thomas W.
Staff was rude, in fact I was told to just leave by some old guy sitting at the service counter. Not one of the 6 employees I observed wore a mask. I approached the lock box for key delivery and was advised to come in and then was asked for my DL and CC which I stated was previously submitted online to avoid direct contact. One of the shop mechanics told me I wasn't the only one suffering when I restated I did not want to step in for key delivery. I responded by professionally stating that I was wearing a mask for their safety, not mine. Flat out rude! Had I not needed to move my daughter that day I would have went to Penske and paid the extra $50 bucks. Because I'm laid off, cash is tight, hence I had no choice but to follow their request. Seriously, no BS here. It was embarrassing for me to see business associates behave so poorly, and with a complete lack of regard for U-Haul policy and delivery agreement, as well as Wisconsin law as it related to Covid-19 at the date of delivery.Michael O.

Very little options. VERY TIGHT AREA and expect people to park the rental in a spot that is unrealistic for someone who has a large truck or may not be that sufficient at parking. Lots of extra parts and vehicles laying around making it difficult to access anything. No assistance was offered in hooking up.Nathaniel P.
The trailer had 2 tires that were in extremely bad shape, the ratchets for the straps were almost totally locked up, I had to go buy a can of penetrating oil to get them working again. The trailer was covered in some kind of tan colored silt.Lee L.

Two weekends in a row we used U-Haul One in Janesville for best of Janesville U-Haul and this one both times I feel we were extremely overcharged considering we set up everything in advance and still everything got screwed up we were told we were going to get a discount so if it's still at the end of the day it was $150 for the truck. The place for best of Janesville U-Haul decided to charge $56 Tell me they were going to refund it we have proof and provided the proof that we did not have that much gas in the gas tank when we picked up the truck but still got charged for not putting enough gas in and they only refunded $32 I am very disappointed in the way U-Haul has made things I think next time we'll go budgetKaley S.

We expected to pick up in Delavan Wi. The morning of the P/U, Mass confusion. We were rerouted to Whitewater Wi. Whitewater threatened to leave before we could p/u because she had an appointment. She said she left us a VM the night before but I received no call. In conclusion we would not use or recommend either location.Kate B.

Similar to the pick up location I was directed to a different location for drop-off despite my Order Confirmation showing the address. You guys need to get on the same page. There appears to be a disconnect between pick-up/drop-off sites listed online (Order Confirmation) and what actually is reality. Very frustrating.Wesley F.

Pick up and drop off were quick and easy. Staff was not particularly smiley but gave clear instructions. I dropped off the vehicle after hour and received the final receipt via email shortly after the office opened the next morning. The only thing was: the site did not have any furniture dolly that I requested in my reservation. It resulted in inconvenience for me and my roommate (both short females) to move large items of furniture, to say the least.Miao-ching L.

The cab was filthy. Dust, dirt, and grime covered most surfaces. It had not been a smoke free environment either. The previous renters left the cargo space in similar conditions. It needed to be swept before we could load our belongings.Scott N.
