Place was supposed to be open until noon. No one was there difficulty maneuvering the after hours pick up what was supposed to be 15 minutes took two hours.

I had no idea how to actually get the truck at the start of my rental reservation. There was no email or notification describing the steps of checking with the app and then getting the code for the key box. When I tried going to their office it was locked and no one answered the phone even though the listed hours said they were supposed to be open. Overall lack of communication added unnecessary stress to my move day.
