The issues I experienced were not with the location pick up. I was told to reserve the truck online through the app. I attempted to do so and the system continued to malfunction. I called the number provided in the app and was transferred to reservations. I made the reservation online and was still unable to complete the transaction through the app. The transaction was supposed to be totally accessible through the app and it was not. After calling multiple times and not being able to resolve the issue I went back into the Minimall Storage location and was able to get the site manager to complete the transaction. I spent over an hour at the rental location trying to rent a truck. This was an extreme waste of my time and caused delays in my planned relocation of household items.
