Very friendly staff. I had checked-in online prior to arrival which made the whole process move very quickly. This will be my go-to location in the future.
Donald BArrive and the supposed “manager” sits in her chair on the phone and doesn’t even look at me and says just drop the keys off. However, the lot was very small and barely had space for the auto transport trailer, so I asked again if I can just leave it as is, THEN she finally gets up to actually look at the returned rental and says “oh you’re not supposed to bring that here” then proceeds to check her system and realizes it IS supposed to be dropped off. Then she tells me to maneuver the trailer and truck in the tiny lot with multiple trucks in almost every spot to bring it around back. I try multiple times and she acts like she’s helping me waving her hands while looking at her phone. Barely know how to guide me when it’s my first time using a trailer. I tell her I really can’t do it cuz I’m scared to hitting another truck, I drove 8 hours and unloaded a whole load by myself, and that I really need help. and she says “well it’s your responsibility, I don’t know what to say”… so I get very irate with her attitude and lack of willingness to help so I raised my voice saying I can’t do it, and I am really exhausted to be putting up with this. THEN she finally walks inside to grab a kinder gentleman who was willing to help me park it — who SHOULD be the manager. Overall experience was very frustrating and do not think this place is up to standard for being a U-Haul partner.
