Not happy with the constant bouncing of where a truck is when you booked it in advanced to be at a place. Instead of three different locations. It took way to long to fill out paperwork in order to get keys even though it was all done online… thanks to Simon and the staff at Mini Storage for getting it under control… Simon you went above and beyond. However the online stuff needs to be a lot more user friendly for staff. Three cheers to the gals at mini, thank you
