Everyone was very nice and helpful, but my initial reservation was changed to another location that was twenty miles round trip out of my way. I was charged $1.18 per mile, due to traffic that took an extra hour and a half of my time. The AC was not working and my wife had a headache due to the heat. No one disclosed to me that a 10 footer does not have a ramp. This is very important information for seniors trying to move things. And lastly, I was because all these problems I would only be charged $50, but instead I was charged $189. Not a pleasant experience with U-Haul. I been a customer for forty yrs.

Douglas MCorrect the return procedure when dropping when facility is closed. I must have tried 4 times to capture images to confirm mileage, condition of truck, etc. And after one or two pictures I continued to get low memory error and made me start over. Customer Service 1800 number noted a wait time over an hour. Finally able to complete return but absolutely painful.
