Correct the return procedure when dropping when facility is closed. I must have tried 4 times to capture images to confirm mileage, condition of truck, etc. And after one or two pictures I continued to get low memory error and made me start over. Customer Service 1800 number noted a wait time over an hour. Finally able to complete return but absolutely painful.
