My complaints have nothing to do with the location! The truck that was rented to us was absolutely horrible. Of course, the things noted were not discovered until to late and we were already on the highway. This truck had NO heat or air conditioning. Neither worked at all! This was so frustrating as it’s February, and very cold! When chatting with a representative, all she told me is she would note it in my account. In my opinion, some type of compensation would have been much better. This made our 8 hour trip extremely frustrating. I am very unhappy with this rental and don’t plan to return to U-Haul.

I ordered a 15 foot truck, the customer before me locked the keys in the truck, so I arrived and was unable to get the vehicle I asked for. While things happen, I find it negligent that UHAUL didn’t even attempt to let me know. I could’ve been diverted to a different location (in advance) to get the equipment I asked for. Not to mention, none of the dollys or extras were in the new only 10ft truck I received. .
Kyndal KThe car didn’t have air in the RR left tire, it was almost empty of gas. The driver door wouldn’t shut well. The lengths to authenticate oneself online are exhausting. There should be the ability to do all this authentication in person.

CARLOS CMake sure there is someone in the office at all times. There was only one guy working and he was out on site cleaning units. We waiting 46 minutes to help with a rental. Other than that issue, it’s pleasant

STEVEN KOffice worker was on personal call almost entire time ( speaker) with lewd language from other end. Did finally mute but not acceptable at all in business environment. Gas in truck stated. 1/2 tank but only 1/4 and had to contact uhaul direct for remedy. Response from worker was “I’ll let “boss” know. Poor experience
