Again, the drop off process through the app is cumbersome. The key drop box is hard to find.

Jammie SYou need to get your act together; it was unclean how to drop off the truck with little no signage. When I call the number on my contract, right under the address of the drop off, the person had no idea what to do! She was focused on the self storage side and not the truck side. Very frustrating.
