I was accused of stealing the truck after I had returned it the day before a put the keys in the drop box the first course of action shout have been them checking first before sending me threatening messages of reporting me to the police

The staff was very professional and helpful.
Karyn JOne small thing--the drop box for keys is kind of hidden in a drive through area. I parked off to the side when the offices were closed on a Sunday and didn't see the drop box and had to come back the next day to turn in keys. Maybe a sign by the glass doors showing the location of the drop box would be helfpul.
