Make sure there is someone in the office at all times. There was only one guy working and he was out on site cleaning units. We waiting 46 minutes to help with a rental. Other than that issue, it’s pleasant

STEVEN KOffice worker was on personal call almost entire time ( speaker) with lewd language from other end. Did finally mute but not acceptable at all in business environment. Gas in truck stated. 1/2 tank but only 1/4 and had to contact uhaul direct for remedy. Response from worker was “I’ll let “boss” know. Poor experience
