The odometer reading needs to be corrected. The “in” reading was incorrect when I picked up the truck.
Zhenjie NI had the police called on me by the staff when I was taking the pictures of my rental truck. They had refused to help me open the lock which was stuck. They reported to the police I was refusing to leave but I was having a hard time opening the lock. The staff agreed the lock gets stuck often but when I asked for help they told me to call U-HAUL customer service. The police pulled me over still in the location but they let me go within a few minutes.
Jorge L2 issues , mobile app did not work and then had issue that rep had to call in. I got there 15 minutes early and ended up leaving after my reservation time , which I lost a few minutes.
