The code for the lock was incorrect when we picked it up. The instructions said it would be one word, but it was another. We only knew because we saw that the lock had been left with the correct beginning 3 letters. The customer service representative was very helpful but had no way of knowing this, as she also saw that the code should have been the word that was incorrect. Additionally, one person who should have been an approved driver was not allowed to complete the application despite no issues with their previous driving or license validity.
