Your online pick up and drop off can kma. They are not user friendly. The man at the pick up was nice enough to help us. Drop off was a bigger nightmare. Took 15 minutes to get customer service and over 30 minutes to turn it back in.

I refused safe trip multiple times and was still charged. online check in did not work truck was not clean,. cigarette ash inside cab and back not swept out

The app took forever to work so I had to call customer service then we couldn’t get the lock open on the truck and someone had to come out and help. Not happy with my experience
