Only received 4 moving blankets. Was supposed to get 12. Pick up was very difficult using the app. App was down and wait time to speak to someone was extensive. Nobody would answer the posted phone numbers at the location.

They changed my location for pick up 12 hours before my pick up time. This wasn’t the fault of mini mart but rather u haul in general. I also requested a dolly, a tv box and a mattress back. They did not give me any of these.
Eric MWe did not have a ramp in the truck. Without it, it made our task much much harder. That is standard equipment in the truck.
