I had issues using the app. I requested to have someone at the store assist me but upon my arrival the doors were locked. When the worker let me in she stated she had never rented a u haul before and I needed to do it online. Worker tried her best to assist me. Process lasted over an hour which caused me to miss additional deadlines.
