No actual person on site to talk to, written instructions were confusing. Office there despite no one being inside. Not explicitly told we were supposed to check in online, had to call and have the automatic operator mention it and basically had to put two and two together on my own. We were charged for two extra days despite turning the U-Haul in on time. It registered the drop off on Monday even though we turned in the truck on Sunday.

Cathleen GCab was dirty - and no fault to this location but I was to pick up my truck in Oxford Mississippi and this was then the closest location I could pick up a 15 foot Uhaul. I had made this reservation in advance to pick up in the city my mom lives in- this wasn’t going to be an easy trip to Ohio as it was and this pick up location made it even worse
