This location was great but my experience with U Haul was highly disappointing. I had a truck rented at 10:30 yesterday. I get there at 10:15 the attendant said I needed a license plate number to give him. I called customer service after spending a 45 min on my phone. The u haul customer service says this location can’t rent me truck that is there cause the attendant did not know how to do a rental. I had to run back home while the U haul customer service looked for another location. This process was horrible. I did not realize it was this much work to rent a truck.

The location and customer service was exceptional however the UHaul system was a big issue. The mobile system wasn’t working and it took nearly 2 hours just to get the truck.

AMY ROvercharged for a gas fee when i left it with more gas than it was when it was given to me. Then tried to say that i didn’t return it when I turned it in the very same day.
