Rented a truck with a dolly ($12) but there was no dolly in the truck when I picked it up. No help around either

I parked the truck at this location it was filthy, I went inside and the guy was rude. I ask him if this is the place to drop off uhaul and he said very rudely yes then ask where I parked the truck. He then walked to the back door opened the door and said is that the truck and I said yes can we go look at the truck he said they don’t do that, I ask if I can get a receipt he said no that the truck has a gps and they can tell when and where I dropped it off. I called uhaul because I didn’t get a receipt that called this place and the rude person finally checked in the truck and I get a receipt and it says I owe 180 dollar cleaning fee. The truck was cleaner when I returned it then when I picked it up except for the sticky stuff in the floorboard that was there when I picked it up. This place needs to stick to what ever they do and not be able to deal with uhauls. This guy want to charge me 180 and said he cleaned the uhaul. I am doing a post on this that will go viral about how bad this mini mart smoke shop is

The location charged a $15 cleaning fee for a cleaned drop off, did not print the receipt for me, but emailed it to me after I left. What a horrible way to make $15.

I prefer a more traditional U-Haul locations where it is only U-Haul and not combined with other services such as a post office and smoke shop.

we reserved a tow dolly and when we arrived to pick it up, the guy at the counter said the tow dolly was stollen the night before and said we would have to rent a car trailer. We were never notified ahead of time and this left us in a bind because we needed to leave for our trip, so we had no choice but to rent the car trailer at an INCREASED COST which we were not expecting. In addition, the trailer he assigned us to had no working lights and had a flat tire. The guy then gave us another car trailer and told us all lights were working fine, however, the right turn signal and brake lights were not working on our trip. He also would not update the newly assigned car trailer in the system and only hand-wrote the new car trailer number on the receipt. We were concerned about when we turned the car trailer in, the number on the trailer would not match what was in the system given that the drop-off location in AZ was going to be closed and we were just leaving the trailer and using the App for drop-off verification., He did not care about our concern and said he wasn't going to change it. We have always rented equipment solely from Uhaul, however, with this lack of communication and concern for safety of the trailer we were assigned, we are very disappointed. What is Uhaul willing to do to earn our continued business?

They try to cheat me giving less gas than what the paperwork showed when confronted the guy at the desk he was not very helpful.

Rented both truck and trailer. Had to go to two different locations to pick up in a large city of Las Vegas. One quarter tank of gas so had to fill tank to start my move. Very time consuming on a move day. Will not use U-Haul again!
