Javier GLocation was extremely uncomfortable. There was one man and two women working. The man assisted us and the women never moved from their seats or looked up from their phones. Customer service was poor at best. The location was full of supplies for smoking tobacco and Marijuana or using hookahs, definitely not a family friendly encounter so don't bring your kids with you to pick up the equipment. The man "assisting" us spoke to us as little as possible, not bothering to explain anything he was doing. When we asked questions he became very defensive and retreated back behind the counter dismissing us. The truck was filthy on the outside but the inside was fine. We had to go out back and find it for ourselves, he did not even show us where our vehicle was parked. I would not recommend this location.

MARIANNE CI paid $762 for 1 way from Oakland to Las Vegas, used no equipment, swept the inside of the truck and you charge me $10.00 for cleaning fee?
STEVEN RFriendly but disorganized. Went through the whole process, then they couldn't find the key to that truck and had to start over with a second truck. Truck itself was fine, clean, undamaged, everything worked and ran fine, and the bill came out exactly as predicted. I estimated I'd have it back by 1:00 pm and dropped it off at 12:44 pm. But then I got a call at 5:25 pm from U-Haul corporate saying their system still showed I had the truck, it hadn't been updated to show I'd returned it over 3 hours earlier. Fortunately, I'd taken a picture of it parked at the store after I returned it, with a timestamp, so it wasn't as stressful as it would have been.

PAMELA RArrived at 9:00am on a Wednesday, location was closed. It was difficult to find from the road and required driving around the entire strip mall to figure out where to return the trailer. A n/a response for these questions would be helpful.
JINNIFER RThis place over charge you charge you for a cleaning fee when the uhaul was dirty already and ridiculous charges after. Never again will i go to any uhaul.
PAULA SI was given the truck with 1/8 gas and took pictures to show the level of gas and drove 14.5 miles round trip, put 3 gallons of gas which left the gas tank more full than I received it and dropped the truck off a little over 2 hours after picking it up and just got my bill and they charged me a $30 fuel service fee, $10.50 fuel charge and a $7 dollar cleaning fee. This is criminal and I will make the authorities aware.
ROBERT HExtra charges that were not within uhaul guidelines. Called immediately after seeing the added charges .. they pretended not to understand and then when pressed about why the extra charges the response was “this call is being recorded” I was happy when he said that so Uhaul could see just how horrible the service was. Instead of fighting I ended call and Uhaul took care of everything right away. SO MANY options stay away from this location.

DAREN SI parked the truck at this location it was filthy, I went inside and the guy was rude. I ask him if this is the place to drop off uhaul and he said very rudely yes then ask where I parked the truck. He then walked to the back door opened the door and said is that the truck and I said yes can we go look at the truck he said they don’t do that, I ask if I can get a receipt he said no that the truck has a gps and they can tell when and where I dropped it off. I called uhaul because I didn’t get a receipt that called this place and the rude person finally checked in the truck and I get a receipt and it says I owe 180 dollar cleaning fee. The truck was cleaner when I returned it then when I picked it up except for the sticky stuff in the floorboard that was there when I picked it up. This place needs to stick to what ever they do and not be able to deal with uhauls. This guy want to charge me 180 and said he cleaned the uhaul. I am doing a post on this that will go viral about how bad this mini mart smoke shop is
