They came to my house said they was there to get the uhaul or police would be there. I called my reservation had been extended and they told my husband after they made a call it had been extended. It was very rude how they came to our house
Jennifer RHad to drive 35 miles to pickup the truck and then 35 miles back home to start the loading process. I was given 45 extra miles when I picked up the truck but should have been given at least 70 to be fair.

Felt the unit was way over priced. Spent danm near $400 on fuel for 570 miles running with no cargo. Booked it because it was all there was giving my location. Not happy with the cost.

David vSomehow, the damage waiver got added to my rental and cosy me an extra $14. I'm pretty pissed about that. Pretty sure it was when I had to have the guy at the office check my van out to me because the app wouldn't work. Pretty crappy company all the way around.

CHARLES MAll i did was the mobile drop off where I didn't have any human contact. Since the mobile drop off didn't work they didn't charge us. Super easy to drop off into the orange key box.

PAULA PThe person running this location was not there when I arrived and we had to call U-Haul to get him to come over. When he arrived, he jumped out of his truck, gave me the keys, pointed out the truck, told me it had a great a/c, and left. The dolly and pads I ordered were not there.
Thomas WI give them a lot of credit. When the original location I was supposed to get my truck from (Uno Mac) wasn't even open they helped me get a truck. They did what they could to help fulfill my moving requirements. The reasons I gave them lower marks was due to making me drive to another town in order to get a furniture mover causing me to get an overage charge for mileage as well as the location itself was pretty nasty inside.
Eric BNot their main business. Pointed out the trailer and it was hook it up myself. Trailer was clean and fit the bill. Just not a typical UHAUL dealer.

michael pThe employee was 40 minutes late so it delayed our move. There was one Uhaul trailer and one Uhaul truck available. The truck had a flat tire and our trailer was missing the extension for the lights. We had to drive to autozone to purchase our own extension because we were already so late because of the Uhaul location. We couldn’t wait for them to find an extension because the facility was so messy they couldn’t find anything for us.

Homer JBack of truck was a little dirty on the inside. Over all, pretty clean otherwise. Pictures to view of the damage to truck was all blurry. Not sure how you can fix that.
Shannon MWhen I arrived no one was at the location. The building looked abandoned all the doors were locked. I called the number I was given and got someone in a wrecker 45 miles away from my location. He told me that they (whoever they is) must be at lunch. This was 11:30 am by the way. When someone finally arrived at 12:00 it was a dirty young man of about 24 years of age who told me and I quote him. ( I don't know nothin about no U-haul) Then a young girl shows up and she is maybe 20 years old and knows nothing about how to complete the rental contract even though I had completed everything online. After I had to walk this young lady through the rental process she told me I could go ahead and hook up the trailer myself. Seriously I have to hook up trailer myself???? I will never ever rent another U-Haul through this location again.
steaven bThere was nobody present at our appointment time. We had to make multiple calls to get them to come in and we were about 90 minutes late getting our truck. The truck was filthy, and the steering and brakes were awful. Additionally, the blankets I paid for were not available. Please refund the blanket charges. Horrible experience.

Sabrina NMake sure that when a customer has a pick up time to get the truck, to see that the business is actually open when they say they are. They were suppose to open at 8:00 am as stated on door but did not show up until 11:00 am. Didn’t get everything moved for the time loss to move.

rick wPlace was ruined down and didnt even look like there was a business there. Never would of had any clue that this old junky place was a UHaul rental site if I didnt get lucky and catch a glimpse of the 1 and only UHaul they had as I was driving by!!

kenetth gThe truck that was assigned to me, wasn’t there I had to wait for someone to come fix it. It took them like 30 minutes to get to the location once I was there he had no clue what he was doing so that took another hour. It was very unorganized.. I was also charged way more than what the ad showed so when I asked he said it was a deposit that I would receive back, that was false I didn’t receive anyhink back.

Steve LCould not find a sign identifying that this was the place to go. It was on a Sunday so they were closed. All the offices where the other trucks were parked were empty and for sale so I was felt uncomfortable leaving the truck there. Then I had to do the entire checkout procedure by iPhone and it originally would not take my information. I was never informed in advance that this would be the procedure. It was tedious and required me to take and submit pictures. It's a good think I had an iPhone that worked. It was a bad experience overall.
Steve RI know this is late months later but I pre paid for the truck and car hauler and was charged an extra fee from the pickup location. I told the man I prepaid but he still asked for my credit card and an extra fee was charged from his location. Why?
GLORIA HU-Haul trailer was fine. Rental facility was dirty. Agent was on the phone with a personal call during check-in.
