The storage area from what I seen, is nice and spacious very clean. However, when I called to inquire about a charge made to the card for one time use should not have been on their file to continue to use. The manager answer the phone aggressively and with an attitude as if her day was going bad. It was very unprofessional for her to handle the phone call as she did with very little information given. The overall call was a back and forth situation until I hung up and call the 1-800 number It took the lady on the phone literally 5 minutes to answer the questions that I had towards the bill with no problem. I would definitely recommend another manager with a better attitude at this location.
