The location showed the gas as more than half a tank, but when I turned on the truck it was nearly empty. They didn't have the box dolly that I had reserved and no U-Haul location within 20 minutes had a dolly. I had the move up three flights of stairs carrying boxes one by one. The truck was dirty.
