Lynn HI would really like someone to call me. I will be calling myself, but was told someone would be reaching out 8/10 to discuss the issue. We picked up the U-Haul, briefly looked in the back and saw nothing and heading to our destination. Upon arrival to our destination, we lifted the lid and cockroaches scattered everywhere. We went back, Sue was great and apologized and gave us a new rental. We lost time, we had to pay more in gas switching to a 15’, and was told we would be reimbursed for unused days and miles. None of which happened. I expect a major refund for cockroaches
