The problem is not the location itself but rather that the location requires the use of your mobile app. The app is terrible. It keeps crashing and requires the user to go back to the start rather than picking up where they left off. Ultimately, I required assistance from a human (either chat or on the phone) in order to complete both the pick-up and the return process. It was very frustrating. I would recommend that a friend go to a staffed location rather than dealing with your app. I will be doing the same.

ANTHONY GI was called in the morning of the day of the rental and was told that no one would be there to help with the pick up. He was going to set it up as a remote automated pickup and be using a lock box to get the keys. The reservation was not updated to be able to do that. The person at the desk could not help. I had to call the 1800 U haul number and have them update the reservation to be able to do this remotely. This delayed me in getting the truck by about an hour.
Mark RMark was helpful and answered all of my questions even calling me back when he had missed one of my calls to answer another question. Highly recommend this location.

Clem WStay away from this location. I rented a 10' truck and drove 32miles. Refilled 4 gallons of fuel to bring the level it should be. However, I was charged for another 7 gallons. So 32 miles for 11 gallons of fuel, your truck runs at 3 miles/gallon?
Zhanping XMark is a poor representative for U-Haul. You can tell that he is not happy about the storage facility he works for obtaining a U-Haul franchise. It’s a hassle for him, a secondary nuisance he’d rather not be dealing with. Mark doesn’t like the added responsibility and work associated with the U-Haul franchise and would prefer you rent from somewhere else. And you know what, you should.

Jeffery MWhen I returned the vehicle a day earlier the gentleman in the office said he couldn’t process my return since he had to get some things done for the office. I would have to donut on line. I took pictures and went home. I downloaded the app to return the vehicle- it would have been nice to know that I needed share my location to make sure I was returning the vehicle to the right place. Since I was at home I couldn’t process the return. Eventually he processed the return. The customer service was NOT a priority, and in a world that customer service is needed to set you apart from the competition, I didn’t get that. I will go out of my way to use a competitor, and if I can’t I foresure won’t use this this location for a rental.
Robert RBeing charged over $700 being told a big boss will contact you and doesn’t. Being harassed and also them not acknowledging the taking of $300 out of your account once and the repeat of said charge happening over and over again then a charge of over $600 being attempted. I will be filing a report about it

Chris BCheck in process was difficult at best. Nobody working that location on a Saturday...wouldn't that be like the busiest day for rentals?! Truck I was assigned wasn't even on the lot (assumed stolen they said?!) - an hour later I finally had a truck. When I finished I filled the tank back to where I started (which was what I was told to do) and upon getting the bill they charged me $25 for gas AND a $20 fee for "afterhours" something?! No idea what that would be. 100% I wouldnt' recommend this service to anyone.
