Entered the building and nobody was around to assist me with my rental return. I decided to start the return myself with the app. I had an issue that required assistance, so i wen t back in the building to see if someone could assist me. The kid was new and had to call a U-Haul 800 number for assistance. While on hold, another customer came in for a rental return. The kid behind the counter then told me that I would have to call myself because he had to help the other customer, keep in mind I was there first and he had already began attempting to assist me. In the end, I had to solve the issue myself with no resolution from the staff member on site. The person I delt with on the phone was helpful, but this drop-off location provided zero value for the customer.

The guy at the counter has no idea what he is doing. Your process to return a vehicle and inspection is the most stupid thing I have ever seen.
Francisco VThe Moving Truck was ready when it was supposed to be and it was very clean and worked well. Only thing I wish is that when I added a utility dolly, it would have been helpful to know that the 10" truck I rented didn't have a ramp. We figured it out though.
