Easy and fast
GEORGE BThere was no human there and the app was a nightmare to use. You should get a discount if you need to spend an extra 20 - 30 minutes trying to figure out the app.
Scott CThe fees are a joke and will keep me from renting a uhaul in the future. I thought I was getting a good price on a two day rental needed for less than 50 miles. I put gas in the truck so it was back to the fuel amount it had when I picked it up yet I was charged $60 in fuel fees.
Aaron MKey was not in box had to wait for someone to bring a key. Lot was not cleared of snow, husband fell getting into vehicle. The 12 pads I paid for were not in vehicle. Please refund that amount immediately.
