App didn't work to allow me to upload pics, at time of pick-up. So called the 800 number on the App but that directed me to a prompt of options for booking a rental. Not for customer service on an active/current rental so took time being re-routed on hold to get to right person. Once connected, texted link with NEW access to the pick-up site that I could upload pics (so resolved in a timely manner).
Brian BThe truck and location were great. There were some issue with the after hours check in, in that it would not accept required photos and then would freeze up. The chat line helped me resolve the issues, but check in took longer than it should have.
